Sheet Metal Components & Tools
High profile tooling is made on modern machine tools like spark erosion, wirecut machines and 3 dimensional machining centres. To meet the standards of modern industry of India and export units, stress is given to provide maximum accuracy as per samples or as per drawing. The range of tools and components are available from 3 tonnes to 250 tonnes.
Pressure Die Casting Dies & Components
Our vast experience in this field has facilitated us to engage in full proof designing and manufacturing of tools. Range of components from 25 gms up to 2 kg already is produced and stress is given to make solid components with minimum parting lines to avoid air bubbles and flash.
Injection Moulding of Single Gravity & Multi Gravity with Centre Field, Fully Automatic Moulds
Alloy material are used to bear the wear and tear of tools for maximum performance. Special gears for electronic industries, housing of electrical gadgets, etc., is our specialty. Special components from very fine to up to 800 gms of components with auto injection and ejection of components with in built cooling system are available.
Special tools of bakelite and blow moulding are also done.
Machining of Assemblies & Sub Assemblies with Process of Turning Machining
Grinding, Hardening, Electro Plating, etc. is done. Quality checking is done as per grades for India and abroad. The range includes special tools and gauges like measuring tools, height gauges, micrometers, special assemblies for pharma companies, automatic conveyor units, etc., are also undertaken.
